Replacing 60W Magsafe 2 Power Adapter

I've been checking eBay for replacement Magsafe 2 adapters (MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) and realize most of the advertised, bargain-priced adapters are counterfeit.

However, I am seeing some, also at relatively low prices, advertised as "Brand New in Sealed Box", with images apparently showing branded Apple Magsafe 2 adapters in original packaging.

I'm wondering, are these legit, or have the counterfeiters found another way to deceive the public?

My alternative would be to purchase from OWC, which I understand is a trusted seller:
