Replacing the HD in an original Mac Mini

Hello all. A friend has an original G4 Mac Mini with a dead hard drive. I'm looking to replace it.

The specs list the HD as being Ultra ATA-100 type. Anyone know where I can find a cheap replacement drive on-line? My searches so far haven't turned up much.

ATA-6 is the same as ATA-100?
