Resolution and audio being streamed

I am using the Apple TV+ app using a Fire Stick 4K and Roku Steaming Stick 4K and was wondering how you can tell what resolution and audio type I s being streamed. I want to verify that is is 4K and Dolby. The other apps on each of those streaming devices gets 4K HDR.
