except... my spinning beachball is no longer pretty colors. Instead it has reverted to the old ugly white-and-black one. I've installed the following software:
MS Office (most recently, and this is when I noticed it)
GraphicConverter
PixelNHance
any ideas?
Logging out and back in doesn't solve the problem.
