Help me.
I would like to rewrite the CPU name of "About this Mac".
My Mac is iMac Mid2011 27 Inch CPU Intel Xeon E3-1275 3.4 GHz, Memory 32GB, GPU NVIDIA Quadro K4100M, OS MacOS Monterey
The CPU display of "About this Mac" displays CPU 3.4 GHz quad core Intel Core i5.

I went to where the CPU display can be changed by BBEdit.
/system/library/privateframeworks/applesysteminfo.framework/versions/a/resources/en.lproj/applesysteminfo.strings.
I think that it will be reflected by changing the contents of the file of AppleSystemInfo.Strings, but it is not possible to change the access, so you can not rewrite the content.

Can I do anything else?

Thank you for your response.

I also install OS X High Sierra on my iMac, but there is no access to access rights.
If you ask Apple to change system folder access rights, system folders and library folders were said to not be able to change access rights.

OS X High Sierra seems to be rewritten with the app called iHEX, but I could not DL in my country.
