rmvb movie on macbook air

when playing the 720p rmvb movie on macbook air, it is always not smooth enough, even with realplayer!!!

however, when playing mov 1080p, ironically, it is extremely smooth!!

what the hell is wrong with mac OS?

Real isn't good at playing videos imo. I find real to lag more then any other formats, regardless of osx or windows

so what do you recommend if i want to play rmvb movie?

it seems as if neither mplayer nor movist is good at playing the rmvb movies!!!

VLC Player is my fav.
