The app is majorly for Roadmap Planning. We can also treat it as a general timeline app, right now it focuses on product, project high-level planning business.

Hi There,

Thanks much the idea.

Roadmap (this app) is whatever a general timeline app, which can be used widely for management purposes, such as product roadmap, high-level project plan, team development roadmap, meeting agenda.

When using for project management, the app does not depend on the process (waterfall or agile), we still need something high-level to guide the project. We will add swim-lane feature to the app, right now, we can use it for high-level sprints plan

For your idea, it will be super helpful to get your help to know more details. Trello does a good work, it seems there is no more space for others. We like to know what's the pain points and we will have the solution then.

And Roadmap is very flexible, we can customize the timeline as what we want, to create other types of the timeline - like following the agenda schedule for the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2018
