Just a quick question, and I won't drag it out.

If I plug an original XBox into a Dell 2407WFP or a 3007WFP using adapters, will I be able to run games in full screen mode? Not necessarily full resolution, just full screen so that friends and I can sit across the room and enjoy the game.

Both screens come with composite, S-Video, and component ports. You just need a way of getting the red and white RCA audio cables to output to speakers.

I think the original Xbox is supposed to work fine. I think it was the 360 that couldn't do anything higher than 720p properly over component.

I do this with my 360 and 2007wfp monitor. Video cable into the monitor, audio into my hifi amp. Totally full screen in Composite, S-Video and VGA.
