MP 1,1-5,1 RX6800 , RX6900XT black screen after booting Apple logo

Macpro 2010 with graphics card RX6800, RX6900XT
After the system starts, it ends with the Apple logo.
The screen is black but it's the same. MacPro is still working.

RX6800 RX6900XT I have successfully Flashed the Rom.
Update ROM by PC for normal use.
and Enable GOP ,macOS Ventura with the current version of Opencore.
Right now I'm using VEGA64 ,RX5700XT.

How do I fix this problem?
I think the problem seems to be with Opencore.
MacPro also has Windows 11 installed. Can use RX6800 RX6900XT normally.

NAVI 2x cards when installed to a MacPro5,1 only work up to Monterey. Ventura and Sonoma GPU drivers require AVX2, which the MacPro5,1 Xeon processor does not have.

Install Monterey and the GPU will work.
