It seems Apple are trying to create a Safari Extension Store (Similar to Mac App Store) by requiring developers to pay a $99 dollars registration fee for an Apple Web Developer account.

Why the hell would developers want to do that unless they plan on charging for their extensions (they won't since they will continue pumping them out for free on FireFox and Chrome)?

it IS the end, not the beginning of. so, developers adapt, or.. don't.

until someone finds a workaround (there's a momentary fix floating around online, but not very useful), we're left with the 'legit' extensions on the app store (all 7 of them). so it goes... (am sure there are genuine security reasons for the change, but still).....
