Hi

I need your help! I was browsing the web (safari) when all of a sudden: 'You are not connected to the internet' popped up. I thought the internet connection failed. Apparently it hasn't! I receive mails in the Mail app, can use Google Chrome to browse, etc. The only things (as far as I know) that stopped working is my default browser (Safari) and the Mac App store. I'm on High Sierra 10.13.0 and can't update to 10.13.1 because of this.
I uploaded a youtube video with some 'footage':
The problem is there with or without windscribe (the VPN) enabled.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Thank you in advance!
