Safari Bug on TED

Hello,

I am curious if anybody else can reproduce this bug?

Go to TED.com in a safari, click on a talk to watch, click the button to go full screen, after the talk starts try to minimize the window.

Do you get spinning beach ball?

I’ve reproduced this on a 2015 and 2016 MacBook Pro with the latest macOS/Safari updates.
