Hopefully this is a good place to put this.

I have a MacBook Air M1 and am trying to use Safari to access different .mil sites. Some of them, such as OWA email and iPERMS give me the error that a secure connection can't be established. This only happens sometimes. Occasionally, I am able to access these sites no problem. But when it feels like not letting me in for some reason, I can't find a workaround. I'm not using a VPN, no antivirus, and keychain access "workarounds" don't produce results. Does anyone have any experience with this? Browser change doesn't matter either, as Firefox blocked access as well.

are you using Docker (preview)? as I'm having similar problems with secure connection erros on different browsers and in apps, but only for Apple ID authorizations and only when the Docker is running in background. as soon as I turn it off, everything works fine
