Safari Can't Open the Page (POSIX error -536870212) since Security Update 2020-05

Mac mini mid 2011 running High Sierra here. Security update 2020-05 seems to have broken Safari:

I can't seem to fix it :-(

Any idea on how to fix this?

I believe Apple has issues a supplemental update for 2020-005. Have you checked updates?

A supplemental update was indeed released but for Mojave, not for High Sierra. Hopefully, one comes out.

Mail, Firefox, Chrome all work as usual. Only Safari is cut out...
