Safari Can't Open the Page

I am getting the following message after installing the first public beta for El CApitan... The operations couldn't be completed. Operation not permitted. NSPOSIXErrorDo main:1.... It is installed on iMac. I have tried both wired and wireless connection... restarted computer, restarted router, disabled firewall etc. The computer is connected to the network but it is not going to the internet or connecting to other network resources but other mac on the network can remote into this computer.

I was able to resolve this issue by uninstalling the Norton antivirus/firewall.
