I restored Safari tabs once (MBA 2017) and noticed that I had additional 10 windows restored with empty new tab page. I was trying to recreate issue for weeks but couldn't. Recently I've noticed that if I drag tab in another window mentioned issue occurs and only then, If I choose option merge all windows option it won't happen, only with dragging a tab. Issue persist through new installation of MacOS. Can anyone confirm this?
