Safari graphics keep glitching since upgraded to Sonoma

I upgraded my 2018 base Mini to Sonoma last night. All seemed well except now when I use Safari after awhile the graphics get all glitchy, like the pages are not refreshing. I will see graphics stay from the previous page while in other places it just goes blank.

Anyone else having issues? Have just noticed it i Safari so far.
