Safari HTTPS problem is Proxy related

Been doing some testing this morning and found when I bypass our proxy server, I can access HTTPS sites.

Our proxy server is Squid. Does anyone know what has to be changed on it to allow HTTPS traffic to work from Safari? Is it anything to do with Tunnel/SOCKS which is an option in IE?
