When using certain websites Safari will return to the top of the page when going back (using either a swipe or nav buttons) but would previously have remembered where I was on that page and I wonder if this is a Safari issue or website issue?

I have this problem since the previous version of iOS 11.4, so this is just another bug Apple does not care about.

The times where iOS left the beta status have gone with Jobs.

Yeah, there were no issues at all when Jobs was around. Totally.

Spot checking, some sites do this, others don't.

So, going with it's the site. And why I almost always open links in new tabs.
