iPad Safari issue

I have my iPad jailbroken on 12.1.1.
Having a issue with Safari if I click the box with the arrow, say to save bookmarks. When I press it Safari crashes. If I restart it’s fine until i re jailbreak it then it crashes again.

What are my options to solve this
