safari not registering clicks in some websites

hey there, i need some help

this happened today, in some websites whenever i try to click on a link, nothing happens, i cleared cookies of those websites, i restarted safari, i restarted my macbook air. also when opening these websites from a private window everything works ok. clicks from a private window no longer work. any idea?

first thing to look would be, wether Javascript is enabled or disabled

it should be on for most sites to work properly, including opening links

i tried to disable and reenable extensions. i think this did the trick. now everythink seems fine

then i have no idea. i'm on Monterey, but Safari should be the same version.
maybe some extension that is disabling Javascript, but other than that i have no idea

edit: ah ok, great that it's working now. sometimes some tiny details can spoil everything
