All Devices Safari tabs not shared between IOS & Mac

I'm trying to get the Safari tabs on my IOS devices to show up on my Mac devices and vice versa. I have three IOS devices and the tabs are all shared properly among the three devices. The same is true for my two macs. I can see the open tabs on one mac on the other. However, the tabs are not shared between IOS dives & Macs. Everything is logged into iCloud and Safari is checked on them all.

Any help? Thanks
