I haven’t seen anyone post this but Apple has finally fixed the unresponsiveness when going back. No longer do you have to wait for the page to load before you are allowed to scroll.. finally! It wasn’t always like this. I think this changed around iOS 8... this definitely wasn’t annoying for me.
makes safari seem snappier :)

It's still the same - previous page is immediately reactive when the Back button is used, and it hangs for a while when the back gesture is used. Exactly the same as on iOS 12.
