Safe Sender's List in Outlook

I always thought that the problem with emails that always go to the Spam folder can be dealt with by selecting them and clicking on the "Not Junk" button. This is not the case with a specific email that i receive. Even though i select the "Not Junk" button it keeps on coming to my spam folder. Is there some way i can select it to be on my Safe Senders List?
