Safe To Delete The Contents Of Attachments In The Following File Path : Users, MyID, Library, Containers, Notes, Data, Library, CoreData, Attachments?

Hi

I have a 256 Gb SSD and have found old attachments in Notes (which were already deleted) taking up 25 Gb of space.

Is it safe to delete the contents of Attachments in the following file path?

Users, [My User Name], Library, Containers, Notes, Data, Library, CoreData, Attachments

I had mistakenly added attachments to .mp4 and .FLAC files in notes - I had meant to just have the file names. I deleted the attachments in Notes and they no longer appear in the Attachment view. Some of these old Notes were even deleted.

However, when I search for the same filenames I can find them in the Attachments folder listed above, more than once.

Any help appreciated.
