Same Price Imac 27" 2017 vs 2019 what to buy ?

Hi, my name Is Juan , im from Argentina. Im going to buy a new Imac in B&H , I have only 1600 dollars to spend.

My question is than I could buy The 2019 27" "base" iMac (MRQY2LL/A) or the older MNED2LL/A model.

Both are 1600 dollars in B&H

2017 Imac tech spec

• 3,8 GHZ I5 QUAD CORE
• 8 GB RADEON 580 VIDEO CARD
• 2TB FUSION DRIVE
• RAM 8GB DDR 2400 MHZ

2019 Imac

• 3.0 GHZ I5 SIXT CORE
• 4GB RADEON 570X VIDEO CARD
• 1TB FUSION DRIVE
• RAM 8GB DDR4 2666MHZ

The disc don't makes me a huge difference ( because im going to replace it for and ssd in my country apple store)

but the Video card its my "dilema" here. what would you do in my place? im tempted to buy the 2019 iMac , considering it will retain a better resell value in some years. The use it will get its Photography edition ( Lightroom , photoshop ) and I play ultra low res Cities Skylines ( currently I have a 27" 2013 iMac ( non retina)
