I am guessing that was with sarcasm, but to clarify, Samsung was not found guilty of infringing on rectangle with rounded edges.

That's a really nice finish, but I've always hated the large camera and other mess smack dap in the middle at the top. Therefore it'll never compare to the iPhone.

Looks nice; where they put the antenna ? Seems like at the lower end of the phone ? If the Alu plate or the frame is part of Antenna I'm sure someone else patented the hell out of it

Front looks too much like an iPhone. Back looks like a freshened up GS3.

Verdict, superior than their other WP offerings.

Personal opinion: would not give up current GS3 for this.
