Save all photos from iMessage iPhone

Hello, is there any tricks to save all photos that was sent to me in iMessages?

I know that you can click on the person and see the photos they have sent you and then 1 by 1 save them but when there is thousands, that can't really be done and I can't seem to select all.

Any tips or tricks for this?

You can also go to Photos -> For You -> Shared with You -> See All, and save the photos from there.

This won't show every single photo though. Things like memes, screenshots, bad pictures, etc. may not show up. I think iOS tries to be smart and only shows photos you might care about.
