Save [youtube video] for off-line [viewing]

I would like to show guys at work a YouTube video. But at construction site there is no wifi. Is there a way to save video from youtube, to my iPad, and view at work off-line? Thanks as always much appreciation.

I haven't tested it yet, but something like this might be useful forgetting the video into Dropbox. From there, you can download to your iPad for off-line viewing.
