Scheduling for home kit devices

I need to schedule devices like lights connected to my Lutron hub, and/or buy the iDevices outdoor switch, but don't understand how to create a schedule for them on Apple TV. I know I can control them from my iPhone app, but I am often not at home and the phone could not connect via remote for several reasons (besides I think this is a bad idea anyway) Is there a way to schedule home kit events using ONLY the Apple TV?
