Screen Bands at Bottom of Screen

I have been getting banding across the bottom of the screen from time to time. I have to either reboot or close the lid waiting for a bit and then reopening it. Only that these bands come back after about an hour or two of use. Doesn't matter what I am doing or working on.

Anyone else get these? Apple says that they haven't seen this before and don't know what to say about it. Also whenever I am there with the M1 MacBook Air it doesn't seem to happen frequently in the store but I have been taking pictures (but that doesn't help they said because they need to replicate it in store). HELP!!!

This is the first I've heard of any potential banding issue with an M1 screen, so this may be something you just have to replicate in-store.
