Screen recording - cuts out size?

Hi,
Simple one I hope - I screen record and then open the file in adobe premier pro - which is what I have to use. I am on a macbook pro. Use quicktime for screen recording.

But it screen recording is too big for the adobe premier - I have to scale it down......to fit.....Any ideas of how I can fix this?

I have other video in there that is fine.

Please help!
