Screen recording with audio

I have been having a great deal of difficulty with getting the audio to work.

I have tried a number of different solutions such as loopback, but I have been unable to get it to work.

I don't know if it is security and privacy issue, or what the issue is

Does someone have a step-by-step way of being able to record Audio from the screen using Catalina which does not allow QuickTime as an option?
