iPhone 14 Pro Screen time issues

Since some time I have issues with screen time. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and iOS 16.3.1. I need to restart a phone for it to work again. Happens multiple times.

This is how it looks. All of a sudden it shows nothing. I need to restart a phone to make it work again
