Here at TouchSoft Mobile (creators of Urban Tycoon) we have been planning a few 3D games for iPhone. These won't be your average 3D games, but fully interactive environments. One game we currently have in the works is a virtual pet game in full 3D. Below is a screencast showing a mockup of the environment so far.
