I just sold a phone to someone with a US address, but the buyer has a Russian email address. I've done the "Erase All Content and Settings" twice (before the sale). Should I be concerned about the security of my data on this phone?

No, Erase all content and settings destroys the encryption keys, they can't recover anything from the phone.

Question to ask yourself: Are you really that important that someone buys a phone from you just to go through the near impossible task to extract some of your data?

Generally the answer is no.

Erase all content and settings is fine.
