Seek bar doesn't work on youtube mobile site

Hi I'm new to this forum. I have a Iphone 4 and using iOS 5.1.1. This don't happen but while surfing at the youtube mobile site 'm.youtube.com' whenever I play a video using safari I can't seem to use the seekbar. Everytime I use it, the video just repeats itself, I've also download the google chrome app and it works for a while then after a few days this problem comes back again. Anyway I could do to fix this problem and I don't really prefer the youtube app. Thanks ^.^
