iPhone Select All Text and Copy from PDF?

I've noticed how difficult it is to select all text in a PDF with multiple pages. Is there another app that can master this as I need to copy text from a PDF to another source?

bump please! selecting all text across multiple pages, copying and pasting are among apple's biggest weaknesses. don't get me started on their music app...
