Self Installed Fusion Drive Mac Mini

I have a late 2012 Mac mini currently running macOS High Sierra. Back when I bought it a couple years ago I upgraded it and installed a fusion drive on it. If I update to macOS Mojave will my fusion drive still work?

I have a Mac mini 2012 with Fusion Drive as well and the upgrade worked just fine. Haven't tried a full reinstall though.
