[SEND HELP!] Disable dGPU on T2 MBP?

Hi,
I’ve got a 2018 MBP 15” Radeon 555x

Possible fried gpu.

My question:

Is it possible to boot with a completely disabled dGPU and use the intergrated only? I’ve seen a tutorial for doing this on the 2011 MBP, but can’t for the life of me find anything for any of the newer machines.

Please help!
