For the benefit of the most curious, I report the dimensions in mm of the sensors of the iphone 12,13 and 14 pro max:

- Full frame 36x24
- Phone 14 PM: 9.6 x 7.2
- iPhone 13 PM: 7.7 x 5.81
- iPhone 12 PM: 6.7 x 5.5

In terms of upgrade, the sensor has increased more from the 13 pro to the 14 pro compared to the 12 pro (max) to the 13 pro

Slightly smaller than the 13 pro. At least with the 13/mini you were getting the 12 pro sensor size.

Interesting, confirms why the main camera on the IP14P and PM is better than the 14Plus. Particularly in low light, right?

right; and also explains why the photos of the 14 pro are (in my opinion slightly) better than those of the 13 pro even though the 13 pro has a brighter lens

Is the sensor of Iphone 13 Pro the same of PM?
And x and y are the same if you shoot horizontal or vertical video (noob question maybe)
Thanks!
