Hi folks, my iphone was damaged at work so I have claimed on insurance and a new one arrived today.

I disabled Find My iPhone and then also erased all contents and settings as per insurance instructions before sending it off.

However I have just logged into my icloud account online and noticed that the old phone with its IMEI is shown within the 'list of my devices that I am currently signed in with'

Is this normal?

Im a bit worried I may not of fully signed out etc if its still shown there..

Thanks

now i see it

You missed a step but can remove it from your Apple ID/iCloud with another iOS device.

Go to settings and click on your name at the top. The device list is at the bottom. You can remove it there.

I’ve sold many of my iPhones and a lot of them never get removed from my list of devices on my iCloud account. Even the one i gave to my sister. Shes fully logged in and set up with her account but the device still shows under my account.
