Server assistant can't find Xserve

I'm installing 10.4 into Xserve which doesn't have video nor ODD.

I tried to connect it with server assistant program from admin powerbook, but it couldn't find Xserve.

What I did is

1. Startup Xserve in Target Mode.
2. Install 10.4 Server OS from admin powerbook.
3. Boot Xserve in local drive.

I'm able to ping to en0 of Xserve, but server assistant still don't find it.

Is there anything to do to work it out?

Tell your assistant what room the Xserve is on.
