Share with family Apple TV+ ONLY

Is it possible to share with family members the Apple TV+ subscription only? For instance, I wouldn't want to see their app purchases in my App Store purchased list, their iTunes purchases, etc.

Yes. You can turn off and on services like Apple Music, purchase sharing, location, iCloud storage, etc.

As mentioned above, this is definitely possible. Go to Settings, tap on your user name at the very top, then tap on Family Sharing. You’ll see a list of the people you share with and below that a list of the individual services. Just enable or disable each one as you see fit.
