iPhone Shared calendar travel time and alert syncing

I share a calendar with my family to manage all the different appointments we have, and often enter data for other family members to help manage everyones schedule. I'll add an event and select alerts and travel times, and they show correctly on my calendar. When I look at the devices of other family members I see the appointment and location data, but the travel times and alerts don't sync to their devices. Is there a way to sync travel times and alerts across other family member devices?

I believe travel time has to be done on each device. Travel time for you would reflect were you are at the time, vs travel time for someone else would depend upon were they and their device are located. And of note location service must be turned on.
