Long story short, the "shared with you" section in my photos app does not show in my new 14 pro max. It is turned on in settings and this phone was backed up directly from my old phone which clearly shows this section in photos and has the higher photo count that is correct.
Apple has been no help and can't give any answers.
Things I have tried:
Restarting the phone
Fully erasing the phone and re-backing up. I have done this from iCloud and from my old phone, neither helped
Double checking settings and making sure everything that should be turned on is on
Making sure no contacts or anything are blocked in imessage
Anybody have any thoughts on this? I've nothing but issues that Apple can't seem to help with this phone (this is a replacement due to issues on the last one) and I'm really hoping I can fix at least one problem here.
