iPhone 12 Pro Max Ship back or take to store

I am trading in my 12 PM and have zero tracking number for the trade it box and co clue when I’ll receive it. Can I just take it to my local store to trade it in or will I be denied?

You can ask the local store if they will take the trade I am not sure. Sometimes when you do a shop order they might want it’s shipped back.
