I am starting to question my memory - does running a shortcut on Apple Watch which saves data into Health app should work and worked in the past? I have 2 shortcuts - for waving drinked water amount and doses of asthma inhaler. IMHO this should work.
Edit: Ok I checked it - when I opened shortcuts from AW Face - the values were not saved. But when I opened Shortcut app from app gallery (app drawer) on AW then it started to work.
Check your shortcuts, looks like 5.4 made this bug. Reassigning shortcuts to AW face fixed also usage of Shortcuts from Face.
