We got my daughter an iPhone 15 using T-Mobile’s $700 in credits promo.

I’m hoping that wasn’t a mistake. She loves to make YouTube Shorts and edit them. She said it seems to be having problems time to time when she edits them.

Is the basic 15 powerful enough, or should we see if we can exchange for the 15 Pro?

Thanks!

The 15 is powerful enough. It just sounds like she wants a Pro phone.
She actually wanted the pink 15 over the Pro believe it or not. She loves the phone! We were just in the car, and I could tell something was messing up with what she was doing. She said YouTube Shorts messes up sometimes when she is trying to edit.

Maybe it does worse on cellular instead of WiFi?

Most likely an issue with the app. YouTube are not known for being timely on fixing bugs, especially when new iPhones come out.
I hope that’s all it is because she loves her pink phone ha.

Thank you!

I’ll try to look into it more myself and see what’s going on.
