Hi everyone,

ShowMeYourHotKeys is a macOS application I worked for the last months. This app shows the frontmost app's menu items shortcuts.

Here's what it looks like:

main.png

ShowMeYourHotKeys features are:
  • Two way to show the hotkeys window
    • "Stay on top" window,by quickly press 3 times a modifier key (command by default), that automatically refresh hotkeys list when switching application.
    • Instant window is displayed when holding down a modifier key (command by default) and disappear when modifiers keys are released.
  • Display configuration
    • The window has four layout: fullscreen, right, left and floating.
    • On multiple screen setup, it is possible to force the screen where the window will appear (always the same screen, the main screen or the screen where the mouse is).
  • Filtering hotkeys
    • List can be filtered on menu title (via the search field) - Only on "Stay on top" mode
    • List can be filtered on modifier pressed (by using the button on the right side of the search field)
  • Bookmarks
    • Hotkeys can be bookmarked so they will always be displayed at the top of the list.
  • Custom hotkeys
    • Hotkeys can be changed according to your needs (Full Disk Access is necessary to use this feature). The gear menu (on the upper left) give access to some options. One can show all menu items of the application (those without a shortcut).
  • System hotkeys
    • System hotkeys can be displayed at the bottom of the list. (Option is accessible from the gear menu)
There are other features: HotKey Database (hotkeys showed are saved in the database), print of application's hotkeys cheatsheet, on-screen hotkey display.

ShowMeYourHotKeys is available at https://showmeyourhotkeys.moxadventu.com/ only in English (for now).

It's a paid application (one-time purchase with all updates for the v1.xx). There is a trial period of 7 days. After this delay, the main feature (show hotkeys in a fullscreen window) remains available freely. The others features requires a valid license.

I would love to hear all the feedbacks and suggestions.

Thank you for your attention.
